What to expect during your visit
At Elite we operate our own highly successful approach to Stopping Smoking, which is effortless, enjoyable and involves no drugs.
Stopping smoking via hypnotherapy alone has been proven to be three times more successful than using Nicotine Replacement
Therapy (e.g. patches etc), and when incorporated with CBT and NLP, as used by Elite, this further increases the success rate.
The Elite Smoking Cessation package costs just €295 and involves a private one-to-one session, with your own
qualified consultant, using a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Hypnotherapy and NLP. The treatment takes around 3 hours in total,
and can either be undertaken in one sitting, or spread over a couple of days. The clinic is ultra-modern, air-conditioned and

In order to incorporate the most modern smoking cessation aids available world-wide, the Elite clinic has a Bedfont Scientific
Smokerlyzer system installed. The machine when connected to a computer analyses smoker's blood carbon monoxide levels. A full
test is included for all stop smoking clients at the clinic.

After the treatment we will, of course, assist in arranging transport back to your hotel, if required. (Many clients ask if they
will feel drowsy or subdued after the treatment. The answer is "Absolutely not!" You should feel relaxed and chilled
out and may simply fancy a walk along the beach accompanied by a cold drink, but you will be perfectly able to drive, as there
are no adverse effects at all after hypnotherapy treatment.)
 We make a point of contacting
each client a few days after their return to the UK, to check that everything is to their satisfaction, and to make sure that
we continually improve on the service we offer.
Booking your travel arrangements
Booking your clinic appointments and travel arrangements could not be easier. You can contact us by email or telephone and
provisionally book your sessions, which can then be confirmed after you have arranged your air travel with one of the various
budget airlines which fly in to Malaga daily from the UK. Click here for a comprehensive

Alternatively, we would be happy to put you in touch with an ABTA registered Travel Agent, who can take care of everything
including flights, transfers, accommodation and the clinic booking for you.

Things to see and do
There are too many attractions available in the Costa del Sol region to attempt to give a comprehensive list here, and there
are plenty of informative web sites dedicated to doing just that.
Amongst the numerous activities to keep you occupied are various water sports, dolphin trips, picturesque white-washed villages
to visit and, of course, hundreds of restaurants, chiringuitos and bars, for you to sample the tasty, local food and drinks
on offer. Or you may prefer to simply spend your free time relaxing on a comfortable sun bed, either by your hotel pool, or
on the beach, listening to the waves of the Mediterranean Sea, breaking on the beautiful golden sand.
Apart from the benefits to your health and general well-being, there are few "investments" which can give you a
better "pay-back". A typical smoker will see the whole cost of the treatment and related travel costs saved in the
following 3 months after quitting!!
Payment for the treatment (€295) can either be made by bank transfer prior to your visit, or in cash on your arrival at
the clinic. Sorry we don't accept credit cards at the moment.
