Taking Permanent Control of Stress: The Next Step

We currently offer two options with regard to stress management, the first being for you to undertake the sessions as a private client, with all sessions obviously provided on a one-to-one basis. The second option is for you to enrol as a delegate on one of our regular two-day stress management workshops; these are normally run over a weekend, or occasionally midweek.

The recommended treatment package for stress management on a one to one basis is five two-hour modules/sessions, normally undertaken at the Elite Clinic in Fuengirola. In the past, clients have elected to schedule these over a two-day period, either a weekend or a midweek break, or alternatively, the sessions can be spread over a few days. Whilst the cost of treatment on a one-to-one basis is higher, as you would expect, it does, of course, offer a totally personalised approach. An additional benefit is that we can usually schedule your appointments within just a few days of your initial contact with the clinic, if required.

The cost of the five private sessions is €690, (approx. £470).

The two-day workshops are undertaken at one of a selection of hotels in the area. The workshops inevitably generate a positive group dynamic element, which always proves highly beneficial. Additionally the workshops do include some role-play and stress demonstrations. Places on the workshops are very limited until the weekend of the 23rd March, after which there are places available.

The cost of the two-day workshop is €525, (approx. £335). The fee for the workshop is inclusive of light refreshments and a buffet/snack lunch each day.

Booking Conditions

Reservations can be made over the phone or via email, and will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the fee. The balance is payable ten days prior to the chosen arrival date.

Refunds and Cancellations

Bookings cancelled ten or more working days in advance will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less an administration fee of €45. Bookings cancelled less than ten days in advance will be subject to a refund of 50%.
