In order to incorporate the most modern smoking cessation aids available worldwide, the clinic has a Bedfont Scientific Smokerlyzer system installed. The computer connected system analyses the levels of toxic carbon monoxide (CO) inhaled by the smoker and their blood carbon monoxide levels, displaying the results in easy to understand formats.

During 2008 the clinic installed the very latest aid to smoking cessation a 'Lung Age' device. Manufactured by Vitalograph in the UK, the equipment has the ability to analyse the smoker's lung capacity and general condition, presenting the results as the age of the smoker's lungs, (a smoker's lungs normally being older than a non-smoker's).
Both the Bedfont Smokerlyzer unit and Vitalograph's 'Lung Age' system are clinically proven and have become the benchmark used worldwide by health professionals working in smoking cessation programes and research.
Both tests are included in the clinic's standard stop smoking treatment.
